Novo ciclo: Paradigmas do mundo atual/Paradigms of the current world
Desde longa data o ser humano trata de interpretar e conhecer o funcionamento das coisas, gerando informações que são transmitidas ao longo da história.
Embora tratamos de gerar modelos e padrões que nos ajudam na interpretação do mundo, tais como unidades de medidas, divisões sistêmicas e taxonômicas, estas não são estáticas e universais e mesmo gerando uma base tácita para a criação de novos conhecimentos não existe de fato apenas uma visão do mundo ou um sistema único de interpretar a realidade, mas diversas visões cujo atrito também é fonte de conhecimentos e novas formulações.
A fricção entre diferentes visões do mundo está presente na história. Gregos e persas, judeus e cristãos, cristãos e muçulmanos, europeus e americanos, ocidentais e orientais…. Havendo uma constante sobreposição de um modelo pertencente aos países que mantém a liderança mundial em relação aos outros, devido a dominação ou expansão. O mundo se alinha ao país hegemônico e a sua visão, existindo uma certa harmonia e ordem no sistema internacional.
A Globalização modificou essa dinâmica, acelerando o contato entre nações diferentes, promovendo a integração de regiões e uma heterogenia constante no cenário mundial.
A hegemonia antes estabelecida por grandes potências foi aos poucos sendo diluída a medida que o atrito entre as diferentes visões de mundo foi aumentando e os questionamentos em relação a ordem existente.
O colapso progressivo da ordem mundial e a troca de um sistema hegemônico para um sistema multipolar levantou paradigmas que estão presentes no nosso dia a dia.
O NEMRI – Núcleo de Estudos Multidisciplinar de Relações Internacionais, abordará no próximo mês o tema “Paradigmas do mundo atual”, e iremos analisar esses novos questionamentos e rumos do cenário internacional.
O mundo passa por profundas mudanças tais como a ascensão da China, o deslocamento do eixo econômico do Atlântico para o Pacífico, a situação instável da América Latina e as dúvidas do projeto Europeu, o aumento dos movimentos demográficos, além de um ressurgimento da Rússia no cenário bélico. Uma nova era de mudanças e quebra de paradigmas onde será necessário costurar uma nova ordem mundial onde parece não existir esse ente hegemônico que sobrepõe um sistema ao outro, mas sim a coexistência de diversas visões em um sistema único.

It has been a long time since people have tried to acknowledge how things work, generating information that is passed throughout history.
Although, we try to create models and patterns that would help us to understand the world, such as units of measure, systemic and taxonomic divisions, those are not static, universal and even though it is generating a tacit basis for the creation of new knowledge there is not in fact only one point of view in the world or a single system of interpreting reality, but several views whose disagreement is also a source of knowledge and new formulations.
The friction between different worldviews is present in history. Greeks and Persians, Jews and Christians, Muslims and Christians, Europeans and Americans, Western and Eastern…. If there is a constant overlay of a model belonging to countries that maintain world leadership in relation to others, because of domination and expansion. World aligns with the hegemonic country and his vision and there is a certain harmony and order in the international system.
Globalization has changed this dynamic, accelerating the contact between different nations, promoting the integration of regions and constant heterogeneous on the world stage.
Hegemony before established by great powers was gradually being diluted as the friction between the different views of the world was increasing and the questions regarding the existing order arose.
The progressive collapse of the world order and the exchange of a hegemonic system to a multi-polar system raised paradigms that are present in our daily lives.
Nemri (Multidisciplinary Center for Studies of International Relations) will discuss next month the theme “Paradigms of the world today”, and we will examine these new questions and directions of the international scene.
The world is undergoing a deep change such as the rise of China, the displacement of the Atlantic economic axis of the Pacific, the unstable situation in Latin America and the European project doubts, increased population movements, and a resurgent Russia war scenario. A new era of changes and paradigm breaks where you need to set new world order where it seems no such hegemonic entity that overlaps one system to another, but the coexistence of diverse views in a single system.
